A tech pack is the manufacturing blueprint for your product. It translates your brand vision into precise engineering specifications that the factory floor can execute. Without a tech pack, you are describing what you want in words — with a tech pack, you are defining it in millimeters, Pantone codes, and material grades.

4-Step Process: From Sketch to Tech Pack
Step 1: Submit Your Design Brief
Send us whatever you have: a hand-drawn sketch, a Pinterest mood board, reference photos of products you admire, or just a text description. We accept any format — AI, PDF, PNG, or even WhatsApp photos.
Step 2: R&D Consultation
Our engineers review your brief and schedule a video call to discuss target market requirements, closure system preferences (buckle vs. lace vs. BOA), wheel and bearing specs, and packaging requirements. This call typically takes 30–45 minutes.
Step 3: Tech Pack Delivery
Within 5–7 working days, you receive a complete tech pack including 3D renders, BOM, color specs, and packaging layout. All documents are in English with metric measurements.
Step 4: Revision & Finalization
Two rounds of revision are included at no charge. Most clients need 1–2 color adjustments or logo placement tweaks. Each revision round takes 3 working days.

What do I need to provide to get started?
At minimum: your logo file (any format), 2–3 target colors (Pantone reference or photos), and a description of your target customer. Optional but helpful: reference photos of products you like, competitor product links, and your target retail price point.
How detailed is the tech pack?
A complete tech pack includes: 3D CAD renders from 6 angles, exploded BOM with material specifications, Pantone color callouts for every component, packaging dimensions and artwork specs, size grading chart, and EN/ASTM safety compliance notes. It is a complete manufacturing-ready document.
Can I use the tech pack to get quotes from other factories?
If you paid the standalone design fee ($300–$500), the tech pack is yours to use freely. For free tech packs created under a production commitment, the design remains our intellectual property and is intended for use within our partnership.
