We are a direct manufacturer — not a trading company. Our 9,000m² integrated production base in Dongguan, China houses 9 injection molding machines, 42 sewing stations, 2 assembly lines, and an in-house testing lab. From raw material injection to final packaging, every step is completed under one roof by our 150+ employees.

Qolo (originally Guang Wooden Industrial) has been manufacturing skating products since 2005 — over 20 years of continuous production experience. We've shipped to 42+ countries and produce 1,000,000+ pairs annually across inline skates, quad roller skates, and ice skates.

Yes, we welcome factory visits. We can arrange a guided tour of our injection molding workshop, sewing department, assembly lines, QC lab, and mold vault. If you cannot visit in person, we offer live video factory tours via WhatsApp or Zoom. Contact us to schedule.

Our factory and products hold BSCI audit certification, ISO 9001 quality management, CE marking (EN 13843 / EN 13899), and Disney FAMA audit approval. We regularly pass audits from SGS, Bureau Veritas, TÜV, and Intertek.

We manufacture three main categories: inline skates (recreational, freestyle slalom, fitness, and kids adjustable), quad roller skates (classic, artistic, retro, and kids adjustable), and ice skates (figure and adjustable). Our catalog includes 31+ proven models.

Inline skates have wheels in a single line — offering higher speed and better maneuverability for fitness, freestyle, and urban skating. Quad roller skates have wheels in a 2×2 configuration — providing more stability, easier for beginners, and popular for artistic, rink, and retro skating.

Yes, full customization is available: Pantone shell colors, custom liner fabric patterns, logo placement (silk-screen, heat transfer, embroidery, or TPU badge), custom wheel colors and durometer, bearing class selection, and full-color retail packaging design.

Yes. For confirmed orders (300+ pairs), we provide free tech pack creation including 3D CAD renders, BOM specifications, Pantone color callouts, and packaging specs. Yes. Our mold workshop develops custom injection molds with 500,000+ cycle life. Custom mold development takes 30–45 days and costs $5,000–$15,000 per mold depending on complexity. Your brand retains full mold ownership. See our Private Label OEM Guide.

Our standard MOQ is 300 pairs per style/color. For new brands using our public mold library, we can start at 300 pairs. Custom mold orders typically start at 1,000+ pairs. We also support mixed-model containers to help importers meet FCL loading efficiency.

Standard production lead time is 35–45 days from order confirmation and deposit receipt. During Q3-Q4 peak season (July–November), lead times may extend to 50–60 days. Priority scheduling is available with 90-day advance reservation. See our ERP Scheduling Guide.

Standard terms: 30% T/T deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. We also accept L/C at sight for orders above $50,000. For established clients, we offer 60/40 or net-30 terms on a case-by-case basis.

Yes. We provide physical samples in 7-15 working days. Sample cost is typically $50–$150 per pair (depending on model), fully refundable against your first bulk order. Samples are production-quality units suitable for photography and testing.

Yes. All our inline skates are tested to EN 13843 (Class A and Class B) and quad roller skates to EN 13899. We conduct in-house pre-testing before submitting samples to accredited third-party labs (SGS, Bureau Veritas, TÜV). Our first-time pass rate is 100%. See our EN 13843 Safety Testing Manual.

Yes. We provide the CE Declaration of Conformity (as manufacturer) and coordinate third-party lab test reports from SGS, Bureau Veritas, or TÜV. These documents are included with every order at no additional charge.

Yes. For children's skating products sold in the US, we provide Children's Product Certificates (CPC) per CPSC requirements, including ASTM F1081 compliance testing and lead/phthalate testing per CPSIA.

We ship via ocean freight (FCL or LCL) for bulk orders. A standard 40HQ container holds approximately 3,000 pairs of kids' skates. Ocean transit time is 25–35 days depending on destination.
