Nearly every component: boot shell structure and material (PP/PE), frame material (nylon-reinforced or aluminum alloy), wheel size (64–80mm) and hardness (82A–85A), bearing grade (ABEC-5 to ABEC-9), liner thickness (3–5mm comfort foam), closure systems (buckles, laces, Velcro), and brake pads. All branding elements are customizable — silk-screen printing, heat transfer, TPU 3D badges, embroidery, and laser engraving. Packaging is also fully customizable: color boxes, mailer cartons, user manuals, and toolkit accessories.

The process starts with a briefing call where you share your product requirements, target market, and design references. We sign an NDA to protect your IP, then our R&D team creates 3D CAD models and produces physical samples within 7-15 days. After sample approval and in-house safety pre-testing, bulk production takes around 45 days. We handle everything from custom mold development to final FOB/CIF shipping — you receive finished, retail-ready products.

We operate 9 advanced injection molding machines and maintain a 200+ mold library 100% in-house. Controlling plastic injection on-site eliminates middleman markups, speeds up production turnaround, and ensures consistent shell and frame strength.

Before submitting samples to official 3rd-party labs (like Bureau Veritas or SGS), we perform pre-testing in our internal lab for impact resistance, wheel durability, stitching tensile strength, and salt-spray corrosion. This ensures maximum pass rates on official tests, saving you thousands in re-testing fees and weeks of delays.

Our 9,000m² facility is BSCI audited (latest 2026 QIMA audit) and ISO 9001 certified. We also have extensive factory audit experience with major retail brands including Disney, Walmart, and K-mart, with full compliance under EU CE (EN 13843 / EN 13899) and US CPSC (ASTM F963).
